I just had a clinger dating experience..

We went on ONE date, and since then he has told me he missed me about 4 times. We went out on thursday, Friday night I was at my cousin's house and he was texting me, telling me how he was out with his friends but wished he was with me because he misses me. Today we were IMing and I asked how his day was and he said "It was good, except that I missed you. =("

I called him out and said it freaked me out that he is seemingly already getting attached and saying he misses me. I was saying how he really doesn't know me yet. He said he was "joking". I'm like.. huh, I don't get it?

It's a shame because I liked him and had fun on our date, but I just can't deal with it.

    Oy, we should get our clingers in a room and give them a lesson on not being crazy.

     Are you going out with him again?

    Isn't that weird? I had a guy say that to me once after one or two dates and I'm like, you don't know me to miss me.

    I was supposed to go out with him tonight, which is why I now have an opening in my schedule. He sent me a text at 4am explaining how he was taken wrong and it was just a joke and he was taken aback by my response, he doesn't really miss me all the time. If I would give him another chance, I would see that! I was feeling guilty at first, but every time he would say something about how he'd rather be with me or he misses me my stomach would knot up. I think I'm going with my gut on this one. I.was talking about going to NYC, and he was like "I'm not one for crowds, but I would go anywhere with you." Its all just TOO MUCH! It's a shame too, because I had a great time with him on our date!

    Well, I was working overnight, but its still weird. Obviously he was up thinking about it. Part of me wants to still meet up.with him, but I'm guessing that my intuition is right here. And, no worries about meeting up! I just wanted to ask while I had a free night.
