FI and I designed our own save the dates over the weekend, and got them ordered.
I got them in the mail yesterday, and I love them. I am really happy how they turned out. I got almost all of them addressed last night (it's a post card, so all the wedding details/info is on the back) and am going to get them mailed out tonight. I want people to get them before Thanksgiving, because they are kinda themed that way. I am super excited!

Joshua is 18 months today! Halfway to 2, I can't believe it.
DH is on his way home from CT & doesn't have to return until after Thanksgiving!
I had Monday off, and I have tomorrow off (but I work the weekend), and next week I only work Monday and Tuesday. I'm pretty freakin' excited!
I'm almost done with my extended family xmas shopping. Must finish tomorrow so I can send it all home with my mom after thanksgiving.
I've painted about half my living room in two 'nap times'--- I say in quotes because my oldest suddenly refuses naps and my 18 month old refused one today.
(FTR, I'd never actually do anything to my children, no matter what terror they were causing me!) Ha!

Also I have tomorrow off, and the whole week after Thanksgiving, can't wait!
I was so worried about how he would take it but it went great! he said he was wonder if we would have a baby (DH is his step father). He made sure to remind me that he will be graduating HS when the baby is turning 5 years old. LOL!

My sister (different father as well) was 5 when I graduated from high school. I would say that we are close-ish. I do love her to pieces though.
