So we are looking to take Miss H somewhere to get a family holiday photo and her 6 month pics in December. We normally have Lindsey do them, but it's cold outside! Rec your favorite studio (ie. Target, Dept Store, Port. Innovations, etc). Thanks! And if you know anyone personally that does indoor photos rec them too!

Re: 6 Month / Holiday Photos
While I'm not usually a fan of studio pictures, one day I decided to be a crazy person and take my kid to Portrait Innovations at VP, JCPenny and Sears and just get all of their cheap packages, so that way I would only be paying like $25 total, but getting 3 poses and a ton of prints. Portrait Innovations was the best. I will never go back to penny's or sears. The pictures from them were terrible. I liked all the ones at Portrait innovations enough that I almost sucked it up and bought prints of 3 more poses, but I didn't cause I'm cheap.
Do not go to Wal-mart's studio- it sucks.
Portrait Innovations is 10x better than Wal-mart both for price and poses.
Any local photog (we are meeting Christine in January for Ian's 6m pics) are 100x better than Portrait Innovations because of the quality, style and unique-ness. If you do chose Portrait Innovations bring in your own props (tutu's, necklaces, hats, diaper covers, etc)- we did this with Elsie and got some really cute pictures.
And little girl 6m pictures are soooo much fun! Those were one of my favorite baby pictures that we had taken by a studio. Have fun!
