a manicure and pedicure?
i normally go to vietnamese nail salons to get my nails done, where it's $15 for my fingers, and $20-25 for my toes.
well i scheduled a mani/pedi for me and my brothers child-bride....on the LV strip is $40 for manicure, $50 for pedicure. that's reasonable, right? i've never gotten my nails done at a "real" spa/salon....

$90 total for mani/pedi at a "real" spa/salon doesn't seem outrageous to me.
(Also, heh, "spa/salon" makes me think of this place downtown Seattle... it's literally called "Spa Salon", with a subtitle of "Salon & Spa")

okay good, just making sure. it's definitely more than i'm used to, and the sticker shock is killing me (i'm thinking about going to my vietnamese ladies beforehand!), but part of the "fun" is to do it together. ouch. i told my mom she's not getting it done with us!! (my mom thinks vietnamese salons are too expensive!)
