Rock - Scholars?
Did you end up going there for lunch the other day? If so, how was it?

LOL, twice now I've thought to page you to tell you about it and twice now I've gotten distracted with something else!
We did go to Scholars and I liked it. The decor is nice, it wasn't crazy packed or loud during lunch, and it's so easy to get to.
As for the food, I thought it was pretty good. And it was generally pretty well-priced. I got a half lobster wrap and a cup of corn & chicken chowder for $10. Both were good, though not amazing. My friend's Cuban sandwich plate looked great and he seemed to enjoy the beers.
I'll definitely be keeping it on my list of good lunch meeting places, so thanks!

Yay, I was afraid you weren't going to see this!
I'm in Cambridge, actually, but I have been known to sneak downtown for a long lunch. (My husband works at South Station.)
Maybe we can try for something in December? It's pretty slow here then, so no one would notice.
