Deceptively Delicious VS.The Sneaky Chef
Anyone have any experence with either? Tips?
Ella isn't into eating veggies now, and I feel SO bad if she doesn't. And I think she gets it from me, as I"m not a huge veggie eater, her, like me, am a fruit person
SO I thought anything to sneak in that extra goodness, why not.
Re: Deceptively Delicious VS.The Sneaky Chef
I don't have any advice on the cookbooks, but these are a great way to get some vegetables in their system:
When LJ was going through an anemic period I would give these to him since they were high iron. Now he eats them ALL the time. Most are a vegetable and fruit mix. They're great as an on the go snack too.
Maybe that's a suggestion worth trying? This one is a spinach/mango blend but there are others like butternut squash, etc....

I ended up ordering the 2DD cook books, since amazon had them 'used' cheap
