So I saw on FB yesterday that BR had a coupon and today was the last day to get 5 regular priced items (but no cashmere) at 50% off! I haven't had a deal like that since I worked there. Wow, it's the first time in a long time I found more things there that I loved and would actually wear than I could afford. I spent more than I thought I should, but since I bought 6 things and wanted 5 more, I figured that was a decently restrained percentage. 
I haven't added anything significant to my warddrobe for YEARS at this point, so hubby had agreed it was ok for me to do this without feeling too guilty.

Mine is dark silver (not from BR)
I wear it with black opaque tights, a white button down skirt (tucked in) and a black boyfriend sweater. I'll wear booties or boots too.
I've also worn it with a ribbed cotton tank and a blazer, tights and flats.
I do not like their holiday site. It's ugly and looks dated.
The clothes though -- glad you found things you love! I especially like the red shirt.

They have really cute holiday clothes this year! Agreed though, I HATE the "update" they did for the holidays. It's ugly, a bit dated, and causes massive lag to load anything and frequently crashes or fails to load.
As for the gold skirt, not sure how I would wear it, which is why I wasn't sure about keeping it. (Taking notes on UWHusky's suggestions.) I don't get to wear nice clothes to work as they'd just get ruined.
Jennlin - I don't even remember super-secret code anymore! How on earth do you from so many years ago? I guess it doesn't help that I've had several jobs in between with so many random number codes that I no longer retain that stuff in my head. Use it and then lose it! I worked probably June/Julyish 2002 through end of January 2003 when I moved down to Tacoma.You know, when I first met you, I wondered if I knew you from there. But the gal I'm thinking of had a PR degree and got hired by one of our customers to go work for them in PR. (I was jealous.)
