Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Damn you winter
I always B&M about winter and how I wish I lived somewhere that didn't have it. Today I was supposed to go into my hometown (about a 1/2 hour highway drive from us) for coffee with my friends and their kids. But, Mother Nature had other plans. I woke up to a bunch of snow and apparently the roads are really bad so I'm staying home 
The worst part is I had to turn down plans in town due to my commitment. So now I have no plans at all for today. I've been trying to keep myself busy with Brice out of town so I don't get too lonely/stir crazy.
That's all, just had to vent.

Sorry, that stinks. I know what it's like to be feeling stir crazy/lonely without your spouse. It sucks. Can you maybe see if you can rejoin in on the plans you had to turn down? Or go out somewhere in your town just for a bit to get out of the house? I know it's probably a pain bundling Kenzie to take out in the cold, but it might be worth it to help clear your head and at least let you get out of the house.
I know the feeling... whenever it gets so cold up here I get homesick. I'm already trying to figure out when we can go down and we just got home. I hope you get a chance to see them soon!
