SCRA Help!!!!
I've used the SCRA to lower the interest rates on all my loans and credit, and I know it helps with mortage and student loans and all that good stuff.
It also covers over draft fees correct? I know I can't be charged late payments, so I assume overdraft fees are also protected?
Bank of America really screwed me today and I'm sooooo mad!

I switched over to USAA a few weeks ago, so i cancelled ALL bill pay payments I had set up, and yet, somehow they still went through. I even double checked and it said there are no more recurring payments. So when the payments came out, there was no money in that particular account anyway (as I had put it all into my USAA account)
This is good to know, that BofA pulls this crap. We are likely switching away from BofA and I don't want to have to deal with this, during an OCONUS PCS.
I hope you are able to get this squared away. This sounds like a customer service issue.
I agree with the other replies that you'll need to talk to BoA's customer service. It's on them to get your fees taken care of. I hope you don't have too much of a hassle when you call.

She's actively been trying to get pregnant since she signed the enlistment papers. Like before shipping out to basic. She comes back every few months, gets flamed then leaves. Rinse & repeat.
Yeah, I guess I shouldn't even start it. I'm really shocked by her ignorance about TTC. She wants to jump from Clomid (sp?) to IVF. And she's hoping for a referral to an RE but a RE probably can't get her in within two months not to mention even start treatment. I just started postin about a month before she headed off to BCT and I thought she okay back then.

That's something I've never understood about OP. She seemed hell bent on getting into the military because that's what her parents did, but then she was TTC instantly to try to get out of it.
Unless OP goes to Dr. Kamrava, I don't imagine she'll find anyone willing to do IVF all willy nilly without a diagnosis that warrants it.
