Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

any graphic designers out there?

I am just curious because i am still very new to the field. I have a great entry level job but kind of feel like im drowning and constantly making mistakes...is this normal? I beat myself up over every little one because at my internships and in school i never made mistakes.
Does anyone have advice that worked for them to remember certain things, or how to communicate better? It seems like a lot my mistakes happen from some form of mis communication between myself and my superiors.
