We leave tomorrow for a week in Duck! whoo hoo!
We are stopping at the Trader Joe's in Newport News, VA to do much of our Thanksgiving shopping and they sell wine there- I am worried there won't be enough room in the car!
Tomorrow is my only day off (with the exception of the holidays) until the new year, so I'm embracing it. I'm going to work out in the morning, then I have a hair appointment for cut & color, then a photoshoot with a client in Kingsville, and then I'm going to work on organizing our basement. It's the only part of the house that's not 'put together' since we moved in almost 3 months ago. There are still quite a few boxes that need unpacking and I have a shelving unit I need to put together. It's really not that much so I'm hoping to get it all done in a few hours.
Sunday I am working the Redskins game and won't be home until 7 or so. Boo! DH is going to have people over for some sort of wrestling PPV so I'm going to be exhausted and need to find a place to relax away from the noise.

Friday: Work, dinner at home, investigating why our washer is leaking and hopefully finding out it's nothing big and then doing some laundry
Saturday: Housework, grocery store, then my parents are coming over to babysit DS while DH and I go to Fogo de Chao for a friend's birthday dinner
Sunday: Lunch at Cheeburger with ILs, housework

Tonight: dinner somewhere or at home, target, and then the grocery store - i'm hoping that i'll be able to get most of what i need for thanksgiving cooking tonight so i don't have to brave the crowds on sunday/monday/tuesday.
Saturday: take jackson for a long walk somewhere, BIL's annual beer pong tournament at Pickles....(usually results in drinking ALL day and being fast asleep at home by 10:30)
Sunday: relaxing and then my birthday dinner with my family at founding farmers in DC. YUM!
Tonight: Horses
Tomorrow: Taking Gracie to get her holiday photos taken and then going to Great Falls
Sunday: Park, grocery shopping and maybe a little Christmas shopping
I'll take DD to dance class tomorrow morning, and we'll probably go out to lunch and run errands after, as that's become the norm. I'd like to get the grocery shopping done and out of the way. My Thanksgiving-week shopping list is insane.
Other than that, no plans, but we'll need to find something. I get antsy staying home and not going out to do something fun as a family.

Friday - leaving work a bit early. Cleaning, laundry, making cookies
Saturday - yard work in the a.m. cookie exchange. Italian-themed Thanksgiving. (Bring a dish that has a traditional T-day ingredient, but is Italian, i.e. Butternut squash raviolis')
Sunday - Grocery shopping for Tday, last day of Farmer's Market
, One-on-one time with DD while DH goes out, going to the movies with a friend (I am SO EXCITED and cannot wait to see this movie). DH is going to stop by the movies to pick up DD on his way home.
Tonight: Baking cookies and relaxing I hope.
Saturday: Making the app for the cookie exchange.
Saturday evening: We have a 50th Birthday party to attend and I'm making meatballs, so after the cookie exchange I'll be fixing the meatballs.
Sunday: errands, cleaning, hopefully cleaning out A's big girl room.
Today/Tonight: Working then meeting up with my 2 BFF's going to Melting Pot for dinner and Crush for after dinner drinks. I'm so excited, I can't remember the last time just the three of us have been together w/o LO's or DH's.
Saturday: Running errands with DD while DH works. Once DH gets home, maybe going out to look for lighting for our kitchen.
Sunday: If we didn't look for lighting on Saturday, we'll be doing it Sunday. Then hanging out in the man shed watching football.
Tonight--parent conference after school and the hopefully talk DH into ordering out. I am so hungry lately and it's mainly because money has been tight and we have only been able to supply food for DS.
Tomorrow--much needed girls days at Red Robin (YUM) at WM. I think they opened already, and then home to relax or maybe I'll go Christmas shopping
Sunday--my niece's baptism and then home to paint/clean/watch DS/grade papers. This is usually my super crazy busy day.
We went to the Annapolis one the other day and they have the gingerbread milkshake out now. They are amazing!!!!!!!

Tonight - cough syrup w/ codeine for a good night's sleep finally!
I have no plans really, I just need to shake this cold/ear infection/pink eye combo that I've got!
I'm off until the Monday after Thanksgiving and Monday I'm getting my hair relaxer done and I am hoping to get some Christmas shopping done, but otherwise, nothing on the agenda except for continuing to work on the kitchen and get it finalized.
