Teacher Bullies Special Needs Student

Have any of you seen this yet? I know there are a lot of teachers here, and I believe some of you teach special needs. It's sad to think someone who calls himself a teacher would treat a child like this. I read a comment from a different site that basically stated that readers shouldn't judge the teacher because the student could have provoked him. Really? I don't really care how annoying or difficult a student is, that's no excuse to speak like that to them. Teachers should lead by example.
Sorry, this just got me really worked up.
