Every year, we spend Thanksgiving with my husband's family. However, we decided to do a fakesgiving the Sunday before at our house so we can spend time with my family too (my family hasn't celebrated Thanksgiving in 5+ years).
There will be 7 adults in attendance, and an 18 month old. Is a 3lb boneless turkey breast enough? It says 12 servings, but this thing looks tiny.
My mom is also bringing a baked ham, and we are going to have a whole slew of appetizers, sides, and desserts. We could care less about leftover since we'll be repeating this on Thursday.
Should I buy another 3lb boneless turkey breast??
Re: Thanksgiving Help!
One three pounder should be enough, epecially if there is also a ham and lots of other stuff.
Sounds like fun!
Thanks everyone. I'm just going to stick with the 3lb then.
