Who was the actress who played the young girl Amelia befriended in rehab? She looks very familiar. I checked IMDB but it doesn't seem like the site is updated with the cast list for the most recent episode.

she used to be on the suite life of zack and cody. why do I know this? we ran into her at a resturant at Disney in the bathroom. this 40 something year old woman was having a heart attack she was so excited. She told me and my 4 year old-don't you know who that is?!?!?!
