Do you work out? If so, do you have the same feeling after you work out? Doesn't your body release the same endorphins from working out and sexxxay time?
Also, I'm with JennLin. I am asleep within 5 minutes of that ending. I wish I was motivated, but for example I just got back from the gym and my room looks like a bomb detonated in it AND there's a load of laundry waiting... and here I am, curled up on my laptop contemplating a nap.
I'm sure it's not a coincidence, but pretty much any morning that I find myself waking up super-motivated, I've got some sort of morning plan (i.e. gym, get license renewed, go to Costco before crowds, etc.) that cuts into my chunk of time to get stuff done, and by the time I get home from that I've lost all motivation. However, on those rare days where the whole day stretches in front of me and I COULD get a lot of stuff knocked out, I usually find myself distracted by stuff like (1) this website; (2) planning trips in my head that H won't want to go on; (3) reading about random stuff (books, online, whatever); (4) rationalizing that I have "all day" to get my list of stuff done so I put it all off until, like, 5 PM... and nothing ever gets done. I'm a bad wifey because I should be able to crank this stuff out while H is at work but I have a HUGE bag of dry cleaning that literally only needs to be walked 1 block away... and it's been sitting in our bedroom all week.
I wish I was motivated!!!
Yeah, I usually am super productive too the next day...... I had assumed because it was Monday and I had a new "start" on the week, but now I know what that "start" is
