I want a career in banking. I love people and have great people skills. I prefer to work at a phone bank/bank survey taking. I do not want to work at a branch.
What are the interviews like when applying for a bank? Is it ok to tell the person interviewing me that I prefer to work in a call center? As far as hours go, I will work any hours, first, second or third shift. I am very flexible but do not like a branch atmosphere.
Re: Bank Job Interviews
Out of curiosity why a banking call center? Why not any call center?
I worked at a bank, but I was a teller. I don't think there was anything odd about the interview. They wanted to know how accurate I was on a cash drawer, if I was a good worker, team player, honest....
I'm open to any call center, now that you ask. I'm thinking banking hoping there may be some job stability. Although, not too many jobs are stable these days.
