I actually got out of work fairly early today- school day ended at 2:35, I had two kids stay after to take test retakes and one kid wanted to do misc. stuff for me to earn NJHS hours. They finished fairly quickly, and I was able to tidy my classroom and pack up for the weekend by 3:15ish. Tonight, I'm cooking and we're going to watch the latest Pirates movie since we never caught it in theaters.
Saturday: I teach CCD in the morning, then it's Thanksgiving at the in-laws. Usually its the immediate family and us, plus grandma, which makes a total of 6 people. This year she invited like 20 people, including BIL's gf and her family, plus my parents. Should be interesting.
Sunday: Nothing planned at all. I will have some grading to do, but no lesson planning! (Class notes/hw are already planned for Monday, giving quizzes on Tuesday, no school next Wed-Fri!)
Nothing overly exciting. I won a radio call in contest today and got a 20 dollar gift card, so DH and I are going out for pizza tonight.
DH is working all weekend, so most of the rest of the weekend will consist of laundry, housework, and being lazy.
That's so cool! I've never called into one of those.
Tonight, I have literally 5 places to be. I have 2 friends celebrating birthdays, a friend in a play, one playing in an orchestra concert, and a friend in a dance show. I think I'm going to try to swing the 2 birthday parties. DH came down with a cold yesterday, so I think he's going to sleep.
Tomorrow, I teach ballet in the morning. I have a friend coming into town to go to our old dance group's show and then we'll probably go out for drinks.
Sunday, I have a playoff game for my flag football team, then I have dance rehearsal and a tech rehearsal for our upcoming show.
I can't wait to have a few days off, even though we'll be traveling and cramming too much into 2 days over Thanksgiving.
Homework (reflecting on Lesson plans) tonight.
Tomorrow- work 6-2:30, go pick up boy scout popcorn, then come home and work on more lesson plan stuff.
Sunday- Grocery shopping and more lesson plans and homework.

I have no master's classes next week. Yay! I'll probably end up doing a little bit of homework this weekend, but everything else will wait till after Thanksgiving.
Last night: saw Breaking Dawn right after work with co-workers and then went out for dinner
Today: take the puppy on a long walk, house chores, dinner and the opera in D.C. (MIL and FIL made last minute travel plans and gave us their opera tickets)
Sunday: Wegmans, probably some crockpot recipe, shopping, hanging out at home
Last night we had dinner and I went to bed early! I was out of town for work last week and had an ear infection and was exhausted.
Today I am doing lots of laundry and cleaning while DH worked in the yard and then watched football. Tonight we are going out for dinner to celebrate the end of my first class!
Tomorrow we are going to church then to a surprise party for DH's best friend's wife. Then just FINALLY hanging pictures. I am the one that has been putting this off, and finally need to just do it.
Last night I had book club with my girlfriends and we all brought food to have a Thanksgiving dinner-yum!
Today we had our friends over to hang out and watch football, and DH cooked! He was amazing he made homemade pepper-jack stuffed pretzels, shredded bbq chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, and corn. It was sooooo delicious, and he even cleaned up when the kitchen-love that man!!!
Tomorrow we don't have any plans, just relaxing, I'm going to do some cooking and cleaning and that's about it.
