Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Job Update...
So apparently they called crazy SIL today to tell her she got the job. It just wasn't meant to be. I just really effing hate when they already make up their minds before anyone else even interviews. Apparently the judge talked to her at her current job weeks ago and told her that he wanted her for the job... Oh well. Thanks for all the T&P's and advice
