3. What were your favorite TV shows? I was still holding on tight to Saved By The Bell. I also watched Friends.

4. What was your style like back then? What kind of clothes did you wear? The first few years, athletic -- basketball shorts, tennis shoe, t shirts every day (I was very much a tom boy). Then something changed before my junior year and I was more on the preppy style I guess (all my cloths had to come from the Buckle -- I don't know if preppy is the right word).
5. Are you still friends with your best friends from then? One of them, yes! We've been best friends since preschool. I would call my other two best friends just acquaintances now. We are just in completely different places in our lives. When we see each other, we'll talk and have a good time, but they are not the first one I call for anything going on in my life.
6. How awesome were you back then, on a scale from 1-10? Definitely a 10. Ok, more like a 5 probably. I actually enjoyed high school -- while I wouldn't want to go back for any amount of money, I loved it at the time and had great friends and experiences.1. 6. How awesome were you back then, on a scale from 1-10? Eh... 5. I was one of those everybody knows me and we're all polite but had my core group of friends types... I was part of the marching band too... I was a "flag girl" lol!1. During what years were you in high school? '99-'02 (I was part of the awesome class whose school year corresponded to the actual year, 1991 was 1st grade, 1999 was 9th grade, etc)

4. What was your style like back then? What kind of clothes did you wear? Pretty conservative. Jeans, turtlenecks, sweaters, Steve Madden platform loafer style shoes-the stretchy black ones. My clothes were all tight--I was skinnier and looked good!
5. Are you still friends with your best friends from then? Yes, but my BFF went to a different high school. I barely speak to anyone from my own HS.

6. How awesome were you back then, on a scale from 1-10? I'd probably say a 3 with most of my classmates. I was an awkward band dork but I could say that I was pretty awesome around my close friends.

5. Are you still friends with your best friends from then? My HS BFF was my MOH in my wedding. I haven't seen her in 4 yrs. She has never met my youngest daughter. My other best friend from then recently found me on FB. She and I have communicated through FB but I havent seen her really since I was 19? and I have no desire to start up a friendship with her again. She isn't very good at communicating. Oddly enough my current BFF is someone who I was friends with in high school but not super close with but as we have matured and become adults she and I have gotten closer.
6. How awesome were you back then, on a scale from 1-10? define awesome. I would say like a 4 but depends on what you mean. I had my close friends who I hungout with. I never attended parties or anything for any of my classmates b/c I didn't like them. We lived in a small town and I wanted to avoid the drama. I was always out in another city doing my thing dating whoever. I had TONS of friends from other towns and that's who I hungout with. I never cared what anyone in my high school thought of me and I wasn't overly popular or anything. I was just me and felt either you like me or you don't doesnt matter to me.I'll play

4. What was your style like back then? What kind of clothes did you wear? I was a little punky, a little gothy. I had bright purple hair for a while, was friends with all the burn-outs, theater kids, and gay dudes.

I still talk to several people from high school, but my best friends now were more like friends of friends while I was actually IN high school. We're all connected in some way, but I don't really talk to my "best friends" anymore from that time.

I'd say I started out at like...a 7, but then I dated this mega douche (like picture a giant robot of douche) when I was 16 and then pretty much didn't go to school my senior year (fortunately I had enough credits to graduate early) so absenteeism definitely decreased my coolness.

My BF from high school and i are still friends but not anything like we used to be - we grew apart and she had a kid, I got married - don't know if she knows I'm divorced. lol ... My other BF and I have the same type of relationship as we did in HS, we are really good friends and can pick up exactly where we left off but we talk 1-2 x a month... Otherwise old friendships have grown (bf from middle school - we went to different HS's/colleges but now we are back to bf again ) and friends from college..

Um ... I don't know .. I wasn't part of the true popular group but had a couple friends in there .. I knew the wanna be popular group - but they weren't my core group of friends. Most of my friends were a year older though too.
