Moms - really random and pointless question
When you were pregnant, did you have a "feeling"/gut instinct about when you'd deliver? Was it right?
As much as I try not to think about it, I cannot shake the feeling that I will not make it to my due date and possibly won't even go to December. I don't want to think this because I'm afraid I'm sub-consciously getting my hopes up and I'd rather tell myself I'm going a week overdue (that's when OB would induce me), but I can't help it and it's driving me crazy!
Re: Moms - really random and pointless question
I thought she might come early because my mom had both of us early.
But no dice
I had a gut feeling I would need to be induced (whether it be early, late, whatever.) And lo and behold, I was induced on my due date. But you knew all of that already.
Are you still having random contractions?
2012 Reading Challenge
very sporadic and mild ones, yeah. we'll see!
I thought Dylan was going to come early, but that didn't happen. I keep thinking this one will come early too, but I guess we will see!
I was SURE I'd go early.
Then, I was sure she'd come during that snowstorm.
Then, I gave up and figured I'd be induced, and she came the day before.
I think you just never know...I had so many "early labor signs" for WEEKS before finally going into labor. It is a process.
By the by, I cannot believe you're so close to the end!!!
I didn't have any kind of gut feeling, but I was secretly hoping I'd have B early, since I was born 2 weeks early. My entire pregnancy mirrored the one my mom had with me, so that's why I was hoping he'd be early.
I had ZERO labor signs the day my water broke, but low and behold, it was 9 days before my due date
I was convinced by this point that I'd be going to my due date, if not later, but I'm glad he came when he did!
