Can I start Packing?
We got approval on our house from the bank - now waiting for the mortgage insurance company to approve! We should have complete approval by Dec. 1st (crosses fingers)!
We've lived in this place since the wedding, and since the wedding, it has filled up with tons of stuff. I'm going to start clearing out the things we don't need, labeling boxes, throwing away stuff that we don't want anymore. This is going to be a long process.
Let's all cross our fingers that we close by the beginning of the year or at least a few weeks into it.
Finally some good news in my life.

Yay, congrats on being one step closer!
IMO it never hurts to do some organizing, get rid of stuff you no longer use, and pack up stuff that you dont use often. When DH moved in he waited till the last minute to pack, so we did not have time to weed stuff out, and 3 years later we still have a room full of junk that he did not even need to bring over.
Fingers crossed for the rest of the process to move along quickly now!
Yay! I'm happy to hear that things are finally starting to come around! Hopefully the mortgage goes through quickly!
