Hard transition: AI to cruise?
We have been on two all-inclusive vacations- food, alcohol, tips, etc. We are thinking of taking a cruise- is this is a hard switch to make considering all of this is no longer included, although you gain more scenery and culture in the ports?
Re: Hard transition: AI to cruise?
Unfortunately the cruise we would be taking would be way more expensive than either of the AI's we have been to.
Like $2000+ more for an inside cabin.... we are trying to get around to see certain cities in Europe.
Thanks belle785- good points for sure!
that really all depends on how much you drink and what the initial costs are. you can do cruises really pretty inexpensively. if you have a budget stick to it.
as for more culture-eh-that all depends on wht you did (or didn't do) while you stayed at the AIs. if you jsut sat around the pool and never left then certainly you'll get a ton more-unless of course you spend your time hanging out at a mcdonalds or something
