Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I am >< this close to punching my neighbor...
One of the houses next door to us is actually some of our friends that bought the house right after we did. Our friend D bought it who is single (works with T) and had a few of his other friends (who also worked with T) moved in with him. D bought the cutest dog. His roommate R bought a dog as well.
D loves his dog and takes care of her. R is a total jerk and I want to punch him in his face!
It all started a few months ago. I was woken up to a dog WAILING. I thought for sure that D's dog was in heat because I had NEVER heard any of their dogs whine like that. So after a few days of this I finally asked D if Teva was in heat. He told me "no" in a mad tone. He actually said it was Chico (R's dog). Apparently when they get home from night shift R leaves his dog OUTSIDE. He never plays with C or hardly takes care of him. As of now, I have been listening to C howl and whine for the past 3 hours. I'm so sick of it.
That poor dog is being neglected. I am so ready to march on over there and give him my words that have building for the past 3 months.
What would you do? They are our neighbors and R is kind of our friend but not as much as D. D is a sweetheart and even says it ticks him up how R treats C.
