There are quite a few pics of the inside that gives a good idea of what the inside looks like.

Thats about right for the neighborhood. Maybe a little on the higher side because of the updates and the pool. Our house has about 75 fewer square feet but we paid a good bit less. I haven't seen anything at 400 or above yet.
I'm trying to find you a new neighbor. Sent this to a fellow blogger I know who has fantasies of moving closer to town but it spoiled by her suburban spaciousness. I was telling her about your 'hood last week so this listing popped up at the perfect time for me to say "See?!?!"
