I'm doing mashed potatoes,
Nantucket Cranberry Pie, this
cranberry sauce, spinach dip and deviled eggs to take to Thanksgiving with E's family in Tahoe. I plan on peeling and dicing the potatoes on Wednesday evening and storing them in water until Thursday. The pie I'll do Wednesday night as well as the spinach dip. I'm not sure how soon is too soon to do the deviled eggs and the cranberry sauce. Thoughts?

Re: Thanksgiving prep
I don't know about the cranberry sauce since M told me to buy it in a can and I don't eat it. I'm making the hard-boiled eggs today or tomorrow but not mixing them up and assembling them until Thursday morning.
ETA: I actually think doing the cranberry early wouldn't hurt. Wednesday would be when I would do it, but I'm sure it would be fine to do even on Tuesday. I can't imagine it would go bad.
