Question for those who use vegan butter
I'm making dairy/egg/nut free cookies for Evan and it calls for 1/4 cup vegan butter. We have vegan butter but it's in a tub, not sticks.
1) Is the formula the same so they can be interchanged? Their website says the tub is good for baking so I'm assuming (?)
2) Is a 1/4 measuring cup of the tub butter going to equal 1/2 the stick?
* DS1...allergic to dairy, peanuts, eggs and turkey *
