I'm drawing a complete blank here ladies.
Help me out? It's got to be something that can travel pretty well, and spend all morning either in a crockpot on my desk, get served cold or at room temp, or be reheated in the microwave.
Bonus points for something that will allow me to win at potluck.
The menu so far (as per the sign up sheet in the breakroom)
So...yeah, basically a menu of completely random food items. Should I try and even things out with a veggie side? Or just go off into left field and make another dessert, or a dip or something? Or hell...make the cheese cracker things linked above?
Re: What to bring to the company thanksgiving lunch pot-luck?
Google "Jiffy corn casserole."
So easy. So delicious. Easy to transport and reheat.

Cooking with Crouton: A Food Blog
oh, that would work. I've got a similar recipe at home, so I think I can do it without the mix. (yes...I'm a food from scratch snob. except for my stove top stuffing and kraft mac n' cheese addiction. I'm a snob failure)
My Goodness...another food blog. Featuring: Macarons from a old post with a photo taken by my mom for a break from my crappy food photos!
I've made this casserole before - definitely yummy and can be served hot or cold (though I prefer it hot). I'm sure your "snobby" version would be good too
