I broke my own holiday rule.
I busted out the Christmas decorations. I wanted them to be up when we got back from Thanksgiving. I feel guilty!

Ehh... that's ok. I want mine up too.
I'm disappointed we won't have time to go get a tree before Friday. I've always put our tree up the day after Thanksgiving. I don't think I will get ours up before Sunday though.
Hahaha I'm itching to listen to Christmas music but I'm holding out.
I'm cleaning out the 3rd bedroom so that we can open the attic to get out our holiday decorations.
We're not putting up a tree since we'll be in NOLA for Christmas. Maybe that's why I don't feel SUPER guilty about it - just a little guilty.
I am giving a few things to goodwill this year too, so I'm proud of myself for that. I have a hard time letting go of any holiday decor. I'm trying to buy more substantial things and get rid of the tons of little nick nacks I have. It's too cluttered.
My rule usually is that nothing Christmas goes up until after Thanksgiving because it's bad luck BUT.....my boss is anal and wants me to put up everything BEFORE Wednesday. Bad juju!
But Kare...you are totally excused since you will be away.
