So, you ladies know how I started working with a trainer 2 months ago and I'm now starting a 24-day challenge to help me "reset" my food habits... well, I got my measurement changes in this morning and...
I'VE LOST 4.5 INCHES! 2.75 of those are just from my waist.
Now that I've gotten definite results, I'm ready to step this up!

Going by measurements rather than scale weight is easier on my ego! Looking at the scale, seeing the big number and knowing it needs to go down is depressing, but thinking about measurements as starting small and getting bigger is nice. If that makes sense...
