Poke-Poke

Since you will be in South-end-by Sea you will have to take the train into London for our GTG. We have them quite often.

It will be great to meet you once you move over!

Re: Poke-Poke

  • I'll most definitely be interested in that!

I'm pretty nervous about starting a new life, and it would be nice to have some friends when I move over there. The only people I will know once I move will be my FI and his family, and sometimes you just have to have someone else you know?

  • You need to make friends for sure to help wit homesickness, plus you don't want to get sick of your IL.

Do you plan on working here?  What do you do for work?

  • I do plan on working. My FI works from home and I think that if I didn't have a job we just might end up killing each other lol.

Right now I don't have any kind of degree so I would look for whatever I can find. Ideally I'd like some kind of receptionist job or something. After I move and things calm down a little I'd like to get an English degree online and be an editor for a publishing house.
