ditto!  It is impossible for me to get to a gym with 2 kids and DH never home, this is my only choice.  I usually do it at 11pm lol because well thats when I can fit it in.

We have p90x also but never could get into it let alone spending all that time.  The Shred is 20 minutes.

  • i was thinking about asking this too! I'll have to check out this 30 day shred.

  • I have the Leslie Sansone walk away the pounds DVDs.  I like them.
  • Even though Jillian Michaels grates my damn nerves, that 30 Day Shred is good. I like the Gaiam pilates dvds too.
  • I have 30DS but I get so bored doing the same thing everyday. I'm a huge fan of P90X. I do the strengthening DVDs MWF and go to a spinning class at the gym 3 other days/week. I don't have enough room for Plyo and I HATE the yoga dvd.
  • ive done jillian michaels 30ds.  it is a good workout for 20 mins.  even when you are already in shape.  if you like yoga, we used to have the 'biggest loser yoga dvd'- which being that it is "biggest loser' you would think it's easy- um not so much.  and i have done tons of bikram and vinyasa in my life.  it's not always the best form, but really pretty tough.  lots of planks and more arm work than most yoga classes.  it has options so you can do as little as 20 mins and as much as an hour.

  • The 30 day shred whoops my azzz every time.  Highly reccommended but, yea, ditto Margie about Jillian michaels; she is real annoying.
Warning No formatter is installed for the format bbhtml
  • LOVE Jillian! I have the 30 DS and the Yoga one.

She's annoying but at least it's only for 20 min a day instead of the hour or more that the P90X guy is. For real, I use to want to smack the crap out of him for some of his cheesy things he says.

  • If you've done P90X, have you considered doing the Insanity Series?

The workouts are challenging and SHORT.  40-45 minutes.
