Favorite thing about being a mom?
I would have to say the smiles and kisses that only I get. Every day is a new adventure for her and every little thing is exciting!
Least favorite thing about being a mom?
The guilt, seems stupid but I feel guilty about things like not wanting to get up with her in the middle of the night or (right now) I just want to take an hour long shower by myself.
Do you plan on having any more kids? If so, when?
We do plan on having more. Let?s not set a time frame.
Hobbies?
Home d?cor, gardening and rescue work ? all of which go by the wayside right now.

I have, born and raised in the same house- my parents still live there.
Help a girl out--ever have any issues with owning multiple dogs? Any tips?
I think having two dogs is easier than one. I will say that I had issues once we had three but it wasn?t anyone?s fault. I just think that they each need their own time with you and need their own space. Especially since they are in such different life stages.
Favorite movie?
N/A I have to say that it has probably been 3 years since I have been to a theatre.
What's your idea of a great date night?
Dinner at a new restaurant, some sort of event (like a basketball game- come on NBA!), sex, and then an uninterrupted night of sleep. J

Christmas, especially now that Brynnleigh is here!
Favorite book?
I have to say that I read an Ina May book while I was pregnant. Even now thoughts that were provoked by that book still pop into my head. It was a very empowering book.
One thing you love about your H?
His dedication. He is dedicated to make sure that we have the life we want and the things he did without.
What's on your Christmas list?
Clothes! I feel so drab these days. I also really want a video camcorder but I think that is going to be a ?family? gift.

Red or blue depending on the application.

I am still a Grey?s girl!

How did you get involved with rescue work?
I first checked into adoption for myself. I started working adoption events and doing transports and learning about all of the different aspects and the heartache of these groups. I now volunteer at the shelter for my rescue group (although not as much as I would like) and do a few other things to help when I can.
Besides animals, what else are you passionate about?
Being your own advocate when it comes to healthcare. I think that you need to be informed and do your own research before doing anything you feel less than comfortable with. I am also pretty passionate about the things I do with B that are less than mainstream; cloth diapers, making her food, and delayed vaccines.
How did you and DH meet?
Eh, I would rather not post that on a public message board.
Which family member is your favorite in-law and why?
Umm DH?s aunt, she is a lot like me and I have a better relationship with her than my MIL. I love my FIL but since he comes with MIL that takes a way just a bit. ;/
How many kids do you want to have?
I have always said 4 but I also said I wanted to be done by 30? We will see!
Do you want to continue to live in your city the rest of your life?
Not really. I like where we live but I am open to moving.
What is a typical Friday night for you?
Dinner with the ILs, then back home to get B in bed since she misses her nap on most Friday?s? Wow, our Friday?s have changed!

A pediatrician.
