AW: WW Anniversary
This week it will be one entire year since I became a lifetime member at Weight Watchers. (For those not familiar with the program: getting to lifetime means that you have met your goal weight for your height and have remained stable at that weight within two lbs for 6 consecutive weeks.) I haven't gone to meetings in about that long because I started working and life got in the way- BUT I am still at my goal weight and have maintained it this entire time all on my own. If I can do it, anyone can.

Hahahahaha. Yeah, those things will fuuck your day up. That's okay. Track it and move on. Trust me, I eat like an assshole but I can't do it all of the time. I'll never be that girl I was when I was 20, who could eat whatever she wanted without consequence. If I'm "bad" one day I make it my business to be "good" the next. It's not terrible but it's the way it has to be if I want to maintain.

Be glad you can't really hear me sing. LOL
Seriously, though, I keep this in my head when I feel like giving up. I hope to be joining you in that Lifetime club sometime next year.
