Clogged milk duct
Owwie. This hurts.
I've tried nursing, nursing and more nursing, hot shower, massaging, pumping and it's still painful.
Yesterday I barely got an ounce out at 2 different pump sessions on the clogged side and same thing this morning.
Any other tips to get this thing unclogged?

Ugh! Those are the worst.
I kept a warm washcloth or moist heating pad on that boob while pumping the heck out of it. I'd also massage almost to the point of it hurting. I only ever had one that didn't unclog on the first try. With that one I pumped every 15 minutes for 10 minutes so 10 on, 15 off, 10 on, 15 off for about 3 hours.
I've heard that pumping while on all fours can help but I've never tried it. It seems awkward!

It sounds like you tried this, but hot, hot washcloth on affected breast and then massage, like to the point of it being really painful, was the only thing that ever worked for me. TMI maybe, but my H had to help me with this part a few times because I was always too timid/wussy with massaging the clog. His help was indeed very un-sexy, but he would always make the clog go away. I would also continue to massage as I pumped right after the "owie" massage.
I posted on here once about clogged ducts while weaning, and someone suggested some type of milk-thinning pill or vitamin? Don't remember the name. I appreciated the suggestion although I never ended up needing to try it.
