Goals? Stick to half marathon training.
Did you stick to your plan last week? NOPE! In fact, I didn't run or work out AT ALL
I did try to do my 5 mile run yesterday and completely failed. I only made it 2 miles.
AWs from the past week? None at all. ETA: I guess I have a little AW, although it has nothing to do with what I actually did last week. They FINALLY posted the race results from my 11k. My official time was 1:13:15! Exceeding your own expectations is what makes running so much fun (to me)!!
Any new problems/struggles you've discovered? I realized I SUCK at running in the cold. I tried to run outside yesterday. It was 40? and I felt like I was going to die. I just don't enjoy the whole "my fingers are numb, I can't feel my toes, but at the same time I'm sweating, my legs don't feel like moving, and my nose is numb so I can't even tell if I have snot running down my face" feeling. Since my half marathon is at the end of January, I guess I need to suck it up and get used to the cold. I would much prefer 90?+ weather than <40? though.
Plan for this week? M: Speedwork. T: Arms/Shoulders strength training. W: 3 mile run. Th: Legs/Back strength training. F: Cross training. Sa: Rest. Su: 8 mile run.
Favorite healthy food? I love steamed broccoli!

Goals? Keep counting calories and slowly losing.
Did you stick to your plan last week? Yes!
AWs from the past week? I lost 1.5 pounds
Any new problems/struggles you've discovered? I've decided to not count calories on the weekend and see how that goes. I'm trying to not go crazy, but this girl needs some beer and Mexican food sometimes.
Plan for this week? I'm going to try really hard to exercise today and tomorrow. Thursday and Friday will be free days for sure.
Favorite healthy food? I love Triscuit minis as a snack.
Goals? finish stage 4 of NROLFW, have a great hiking trip this week
Did you stick to your plan last week? Mainly. I swam once and lifted twice instead of swimming twice and lifting once.
AWs from the past week? I tried my first pole dance class and got complimented on my upper body strength! I'm friends with the instructor and she said she could tell I had been working out.
Any new problems/struggles you've discovered? I've had 2 sore muscle areas for a while. I need to take a few weeks off and let them fully recover, but I don't want to go that long in between workouts.
Plan for this week? easy walk with the dogs today, full day hikes on Wednesday and Thursday, 2 hour horseback ride on Friday plus maybe an hour or two of short/easy hikes, possibly lifting on Sunday if my body isn't screaming for a break
Favorite healthy food? cheese. I buy chunks of colby or cheddar and cut off a few slices. Good snack for calcium and protein.

I will- eventually! I just transferred picture from my camera to my computer this week from my last trip...that trip was in early August.
And great job on your 11k kaylee! I can hike all day, but I can't run.
Goals? Continue to stay within my daily calorie goal, finish p90x, lose at least 9 more pounds before Jan 1.
Did you stick to your plan last week? No. I hurt my back on Wednesday and haven't worked out since. I had a great workout that morning. I was doing house work that afternoon and felt a horrible twinge of pain in my lower back. I am going to the chiropractor today though.
AWs from the past week? I lost another pound. We went to breakfast with friends on Saturday morning and I orded oatmeal. I was pretty proud of myself for sticking to my plan and not ordering a huge meal full of calories.
Any new problems/struggles you've discovered? I have arthritis in my lower back. The colder is gets, the less I want to work out.
Plan for this week? Start p90x back up tomorrow. Stay within my calorie goal.
Favorite healthy food? I love salad. Lately I have been eating a spinach salad with grilled chicken, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, and raspberry vinigarette. It's delicious!
Did you stick to your plan last week? Not at all. In fact, I'm considering quitting until January.
AWs from the past week? I did okay on portion control and food. Horribly on working out.
Any new problems/struggles you've discovered? No. Just continuing to hate my gym situation.
Plan for this week? To not gain 20lbs.
Favorite healthy food? Frozen green beans with garlic, grilled or stir-fried. That's pretty healthy, right?
Goals? Stick to workout routine, tone up, lose 5 lbs of fat.
Did you stick to your plan last week? Didn't have one. DH and I just started waking up at 5am to hit the gym together. So far, so good.AWs from the past week? Nothing H&F related... lol
Any new problems/struggles you've discovered? Nope. Just continuing to try and keep my portions controlled and limit my intake of sugar and alcohol.
Plan for this week? To eat the things I WANT and not fill my plate with fluff.
Favorite healthy food? Oatmeal. Have it every day.
