Any chance your mom SHARES her cornbread stuffing recipe? I MUCH prefer cornbread stuffing to any other kind and would love a tried and true recipe!

Oh for sure, I can definitely track it down for you. For starters, I know that she uses a recipe VERY similar to this one for the cornbread (unsweetened cornbread):

The rest, I'm not sure about. I will definitely get it though, because that's one of my tasks on Thursday is to be the sous chef.
