calling all Nestie nurses... dr's... wannabe drs.... lol
I have to give myself B12 injections on a weekly basis in my thigh. Not all that hard to do, yet it takes me a jab or two.
Last week, I gave myself one, and evidently I must have hit a vein, mainly because of the huge bruise that I have on my leg, still. It was a tad "sore" then too, but now, it's got a lump on the bruise and it's sore....
Any suggestions to get rid of it? Maybe help with the soreness? It's just weird.
