Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Happy early Thanksgiving to me!
Just checked my bank account online and saw a deposit for $160 from child support. XH had already paid his amount owed for the month so I called to see what the deposit was from. Turns out it was from a bank account levvy because XH still owes a ton of back support. Hurray for early Thanksgiving gifts!

I really wish my x-ils would choose to pay the child support earlier in the month instead of the last possible minute... but they do not have to pay at all, so I am thankful for anything!

Awesome! I just called my case worker yesterday and she said if XH hasn't paid anything by next week, sanctions will ensue. Not going to hold my breath, but maybe it will be the threat he needs to support his son financially.
Are you going to be responsible with the money and pay bills or spoil P in some way?

Welllll, I went on my lunch break and bought a new pair of boots I'd been wanting, but they were only $22. I'm going to get P big boy underwear since he's been potty training and put the rest in his college account.
