If I stop at a jeweler and ask to have my rings cleaned, will they typically do that while I wait? I really don't want to leave them if I don't have to.

Re: Ring cleaning
I've always had mine done while I wait. I would feel weird going into a jeweler I'm not a customer of though. I've done it, but I felt like I needed to at least "look" in exchange for a cleaning.

LD - we bought my ring at Steven Singer so I was going to go somewhere local.
I should have mentioned that I have no problem paying for a jeweler to do the cleaning. I just don't want to leave my rings.

Yeah, I will say that I haven't had mine cleaned in a long time b/c I don't feel like driving into CC.
Maybe call a few local places and see if they can do it while you wait. I wouldn't leave mine either.
Mine will do it while I wait. It's Wolf Jewelers right next to Steven Singer. If you're going to be going in to CC though you might as well go back to where you bought it.
It doesn't take them long to clean at all, I got mine resized and cleaned once and it took like half an hour (so I hung out at the Starbucks across the street).
with the exception of right before our wedding i had my ering cleaned, i have never had them cleaned. maybe i should get on that.
i need to get them resized they are both big on me to the point i get nervous i will lose them.
