XP: iPad/Kindle & Downloading Cookbooks
I use my iPad all the time in the kitchen for random recipes, but they are usually from blogs and websites, not cookbooks.
If you had a Kindle/Nook would you download cookbooks to it, and use it? Or would you prefer a hard copy of the book?

I actually might download cookbooks to a Kindle. I don't buy cookbooks, but I do use my iPhone to follow recipes. Kaesha brings up a good point about the mess, so I'd probably want a stand or something to keep it at eye level and away from anything that splatters or spills.
The other bonus is that it's small compared to cookbook hard copies. In my tiny kitchen, that's a big deal.
haha do I see a one of those protective screens in your future? I usually prop mine up and keep a napkin next to it to press the screen again.
