Need ideas for kid everyday food

We go on vacation here in a few days and are leaving the girls (3.5) and (1) for the first time.  Super anxious and worried about this, but hey that is a whole different post.  Anyhow the grandparents will be watching the girls at our house, which is fantastic.  So I am looking for ideas on what food i should stock up on.

I am sure they will go out to dinner several times, but I need quick and easy food ideas that my mom (who does not cook) can make quick and easy.

My weirdo kids wont eat pasta but other than that they are pretty good.

So other than frozen pizza, chicken nuggets, fruits and veggies, oh and kid cuizines  ( i know bad mom!) any other ideas?

Thanks so much!

  • Ditto everything PPs said. We also get a rotisserie chicken a few times a month and make lunches with it and that lasts all week. DD will eat the chicken alone, on a sandwich, cut up in a quesadilla, cut up with pasta and sauce, etc.
