I am over all the shout outs and pleading after they perform. Melanie did well, but her carrying on at the end and her sudden accent out of nowhere were irritating.
I have a couple girlfriends' whose accent comes out heavily when they get either very excited or nervous - they can't control it at ALL. I'm thinking thats what happened tonight.
I'm starting to sense the judges are just throwing Astro under the speeding bus as they comment on how much they love how 'grateful' people are tonight.
I can see that, the accent was less annoying than the non stop talking!
I hope Astro bombs. I can't stand him.

I agree Melanie was excellent as well. Thank goodness for the DVR. I bypass all the talkng. ALL the talking.
Also agree about Chris. He sounds great and it's my favorite Beatles song!

Its a tough call to predict two to leave the show tonight. I think the bottom 3 may be Lakoda Rayne, Astro, and either Drew or Rachel Crow....and I love all of them except LR.
Exactly! DH was like, "Um did she just win or something?" LOL
But she sounded great of course.

As always, I loved Melanie and Josh! I thought they both did wonderful tonight. I also really liked LeRoy's performance.
I can't stand Chris Rene. I thought he butchered "Let It Be."
I was also surprised the judges praised Lakoda Rayne. I think it's time for them to go home soon.
So sorry for Paula but I am over them and they should definitely go before anyone else. As individuals I am sure they are all great but I never really got with these groups that they put together.

I agree with pp, Lakoda Rayne needs to go home. They are the weakest of all the artists left.
I fear Drew may be in jeopardy. I really love her voice, but I don't think others love her as much as I do.
I liked LR this week but still not enough to keep them around.
Josh, Melaine and LeRoy were my favorites this week. Rachel didn't impress me and I had to FF through Drew this week.
Usually Drew and Rachel are my favorites. This week I disliked both. I thought Marcus did fantastic, and goodness, I can only hope I have a son who loves me that much! I think that Lacoda Rain and Chris Renee should go home. Astro should be on the chopping block next week.
Josh was my favorite. Love the song, and the voice.
All along, my two favorites have been Josh and Drew. But unfortunately, I have to agree that it's starting to look like Drew may be cut.
I am sorry but Drew sounded really bad last night. I can't stand Astro's attitude. I was not a huge fan of LeRoy.
I LOVE RACHAEL! I think she is amazing.
Ok so I'm late to this conversation but I can't stand Drew. Her voice is amazing but she does the exact same thing every single week- showing off her scales. She sounds amazing because of her voice but she NEEDS to mix it up- do something different, pick it up a bit.
