As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

We are popping champagne tonight and have even more to be thankful for tomorrow.
A while ago I posted about a difficult neighbor scaring off buyers (OP above), and true to form he continued being a tool right up until yesterday when we finally got a signed boundary agreement. Apparently he was holding it until the last minute but at least he gave it.
Just wanted to update that we finally made it- it's been a long 7 months.
