I totally had to start this off because first thing in the morning, HTF is it even humanly possible that my MP3 player could fall directly into the toilet while I was at the gym this morning???? Luckily the water was clean - I only went in there to blow my nose - but the whole point. It could've fallen anywhere and it plopped smack dab into the commode and became submerged.
I wonder if there's any way to move songs from one MP3 to another since I know I don't have all the songs on my computer (some are on my old one that our friend Sean took for parts 2 years ago).

Re: WTF Wednesday
April 2010 Siggy Challenge: Next Vacation Destination
OK so you all know by now what my WTF will be about.....
WTF is wrong with DH's EX??? She texted him Monday night & said that she was having car trouble & could we take SD to school? He texted her back & said that we'd be glad to & that I would be by the next morning @ 7:15 to pick up SD & to please have her ready. So I pull up to her house the next morning & waited a minute or 2 & SD doesn't come out. The lights are on so I figured that they must be in the back part of the house & didn't see or hear me arrive. No biggie. So I go up to the front door & knock and wait, and wait. Nothing. I knock again a bit louder. I'm begining to suspect that EX had someone else pick her & SD up to take them to work & school so I thought to myself that if no one comes to the door after this 2nd knock I'd leave. Well a few moments later I hear some movement in the house & EX comes to the door in her pjs, looks at me & then she says, "OH MY GOD!!! WE OVER SLEPT!!!!" That's right I woke her up. ::sigh:: She then told me that she had NEVER done that before. Yeah, right so why was SD late to school 31 (yes 31) times in 3rd grade? Of course I didn't say that - I just looked at her & smiled and acted all sweet. BLECH...
She said she'd have SD ready in 5 minutes & would I please wait? I told her of course I would & I offered to help get SD ready or wait in the car. She asked me to wait in the car (which I totally understood - I wouldn't want her in my house either). I called my boss & told him that I'd be late for work & texted DH & told him what had happened. SD came out a few minutes later, no breakfast, didn't take her daily allergy meds & didn't brush her teeth. I couldn't do anything about the unbrushed teeth or the medication but I did swing thru the drive thru & get her something to eat. It wasn't the ideal breakfast but it'd do in a pinch. I just told her not to breath on anyone since she didn't brush her teeth.
Why can't this woman get her stuff together??? Oh, & SD told me that SHE forgot to set her alarm - I guess it her responsibility to get herself up & make sure her mom wakes up. ::shakes head::
Oh & EX never texted or called to make sure SD got to school on time nor did she thank me or apologize but of course I didn't really expect her to.
WTF was I thinking when I thought it would be a good idea to run into the grocery store on my lunch our to grab something to eat the day before Thanksgiving...that place was a freakin but house!!
And Danie, I'm sorry that yor family is being so difficult about the holidays. Don't let them ruin your reveal! I'm sure the rest of your family will be excited for you!
@George Anne....Wow....I think that's about all I can say right now is Wow.....
The closest we've come to that scenario was when SD's mom decided to come pick her up AS I'm already halfway to her house to drop her off. Nothing like waiting until the last possible second to tell us anything.
