Happy Turkey Day Eve, Niners! I figured since many are out today, and most for the rest of the week, I would get this out now.
Today: Working, hoping we'll get out early, grabbing Samma from daycare, and then heading home to clean so that Chris can cook and bake tonight and I can focus on Sam.
Thursday: TURKEY!!! But first I might try going to yoga in the morning to make me feel better about myself and what I eat the rest of the day. Dinner at Chris' aunt's house at 3pm.
Friday: My sister and I are attempting a trip to Kohls at midnight, I have to work at 9am. I'm hoping it'll be a slow day, because then I have to get home and host some of Chris' high school friends before we head over to their 10-year reunion. Sam will be at my mom's for her annual Day-After-Thanksgiving-Tree-Decorating party that we will again be missing...
Saturday: I'm almost tempted to go to yoga again in the morning. Other than that, I have my friend's baby shower in the afternoon. Also, most likley a trip to Sonic.
Sunday: MAYBE a brunch with some girlfriends, but we can neither decide on a time, nor a place...
Monday: NOTHING!!! And I'm going to enjoy it with da Samma. ETA: i thought of something -- start decorating for the holidays! And maybe take pictures with my friend for our cards, if she's around and up to it!
Everyone have a safe and delicious Thanksgiving!
Re: Weekend Plans -- Thanksgiving Edition
Today: picking up my new glasses
. Ive never had glasses and went to the Dr yesterday and found out I need them. Then H and I might head out to the outlets if the rain stops to look at a new bag for my mom and some clothes for T. Then I am coming home and making pilgrim hat cookies to bring with us tomorrow.
Tomorrow: going to MIL's for dinner and then stopping by my moms afterwards.
Friday: H really wants to do black friday shopping but I am not the black friday kind so we will see.
Sat and Sunday are up in the air, maybe just some relaxing.
Today - Work until 5, home to clean a little
Tomorrow - Up early and heading to the ILs house for the day. Looking forward to a day of wine, good food and family
Friday - Work, the stock market closes at 1 so I'm guessing I should be out of here no later than 2, I might do a little shopping on my way home. That will be a game time decision depending on how traffic and the crowds look
Saturday & Sunday - NOTHING! I'm very excited to not have any plans for once!
I'm with you on the
I just picked up my first pair last Thursday. I can't seem to get use to them
Today - work till 11
Thurs-Sunday = 4 days off!!!!! :-D
Thursday - Turkey Day at the ILs
Friday - relaxing at home gorging myself on leftovers while DH works
Sat/Sun - no plans that we know of aside from maybe a (long overdue) haircut for me
Congrats to both my TTC buddies, Amberley18 and sb2006 on their beautiful babies!
Today starts my new life chapter of working at home full time. It's weird knowing I don't have to drive to work anymore. So, I'm working, going to the gym whenever I have a break, setting up my new printer, cleaning up the bedroom which I've made a huge mess of and making a pumpkin roll for tomorrow
Thursday: Driving down to Providence for Thanksgiving with my family
Friday: We're going to see a play in town in the afternoon, but no real night time plans
Saturday: we have to pick up a friend at the airport, but nothing else exciting going on
Sunday - trying out Yogilates at the gym (no, I don't have a clear picture of what that will be like, but we'll see how it goes!) and then to my husband's uncle's open house.
Today: Class -- last day for me! Then I have to go into work for a few hours.
Tomorrow: Get up, maybe do some cleaning, go to my Moms at noon for tons o'food
Friday: Work
I might hit up a store or 2 after work to see if I can find some deals on jeans for H
Saturday: Clean house, finish wrapping Christmas gifts
Sunday: Laundry, chill out, read
Monday: membrane sweep day! Painful sounding, yet exciting.
Today: Working from home. Also trying to see if I can get a facial today. My skin has been crazy dry for the past week, and I'm not used to that, so I need some help. Tonight, I need to make the cornbread for tomorrow's stuffing and watch my backlog of TV shows while D is at work.
Tomorrow: Mini-Thanksgiving! Then driving out to my family's cabin when D leaves for work.
Friday: Real Thanksgiving! (My family always does it on Friday.) Can't wait for my grandmother's food, nom.
Saturday: There's not a whole lot to do at the cabin, so I usually end up reading most of the day. If it's nice, maybe I'll go out on the ATVs with my brother.
Sunday: Drive back home and do laundry. Woot.
Tonight: Continue the cooking and maybe assemble the new desk we got at IKEA last night. It is perfectly large enough to hold my fabric cutting mat and we got file cabinet inserts for some of the bottom ones so we can have even more organization.
Tomorrow: Hosting Thanksgiving! Cooking all day and then having dinner with friends. Wrapping it up by drinking magnums of prosecco and seeing The Muppet Movie.
Friday: Black Friday shopping. Working if I need to, sleeping and snuggling the dog. If the desk above gets assembled, I'll also be sewing for the first time in the new place. If not, I'll be assembling.
Saturday: More relaxing. More sewing. More sleeping.
Sunday: See Saturday.
Stand up for something you believe in.
Today: Working then making a dessert to bring to my Aunt's tomorrow
Tomorrow: Probably the only person here working (blah) then going to my Aunts for turkey then my MILs hopefully to just show up and get the heck outta there
Friday: Off. Shopping at Michael's then putting the tree up
Saturday: Normal work day then cleaning the house
Sunday: Not too sure yet
Today- Working till 5pm. Hopefully seeing Breaking Dawn!
Tomorrow: Going to my MILs for Turkey at 1pm. Then going to my aunts for dessert.
Friday: Working
hopefully till 1pm if not earlier.
Saturday: Putting up the Christmas tree and decorations.
Sunday: Cleaning, laundry, food shopping, football.
We are lame (as usual) and don't have any real plans.
We're ordering dinner tomorrow and just relaxing for the rest of the weekend. As usual, I'm sure there will be some cleaning and laundry mixed in.
Oh! I'm going to see Breaking Dawn this afternoon...as long as Audrey's reflux is ok:)

You're bringing her to the movies?? Oh, you are a brave soul... I haven't brought Sam yet, and don't think I will be for a while.

Is everything ok? You'll only be 38 weeks by then, right?

Today: frosting a cake for an order, then getting my bake on for Thanksgiving - 2 pumpkin pies, cranberry spice cake (blogged today BTW, for those who need a last minute easy dessert!), blueberry muffins, and biscuits. ILs get in town tonight!
Tomorrow: boys get up early to get the turkey on the smoker. Lots of veggie roasting, potato mashing, and stuffing making. And LOTS of eating and drinking.
Friday: heading up to Breckendridge to play for the day. Looking very much forward to some baked wings and pizza from Eric's
Saturday: lazy day of Christmas movies and the Mizzou/kU football game and putting up Christmas decorations.
Sunday: ILs head home, lots of relaxing and recovering from the weekend.
Today: Work until 5, go home and clean house.
Tomorrow: Hopefully sleep in if Ellie allows. Make spinach dip first, then rolls, then caramel bars, then veggies, then mashed potatoes. Go to sister's house to eat. Go home and coma it up.
Friday: Off. I don't think I'm going to do any shopping. I know for sure we'll be watching the Arkansas/LSU game.
Saturday: No plans.
Sunday: No plans.
Yep. Everything is fine. I'm almost 100%effaced and 4cm diliated, so my OB wants to jumpstart things. My fundal measurement has been stuck at 35weeks since 35weeks and I haven't grown at all, so she said that the sweep was a good idea. I can opt out, but I don't see why I should.
SQUEEEE!!!!! He's going to be here before we know it!!!

I have a gut feeling about the 30th, we shall see!
OMG OMG OMG!
Today: My first true day off (that I didn't have to skip class or be sick for) in 2 months. Doing nothing until 3, then going to my parents house to prep for tomorrow.
Tomorrow: Cookin, drinkin...that's about it. Steve is working (boo)until 11, then he's meeting me at Best Buy for midnight shopping. A $199 42" TV is really hard to pass up. I must be crazy.
Friday: Recovering from the shopping, possibly playing with my new tablet, then working all night.
Saturday: Work in the AM, then probably homework.
Sunday: Work in the AM, dinner with the ILs
then homework.
Today: Finish getting the house ready, stuffed pack and then leave for WV to visit DH's family for the holiday.
Tomorrow: Eat! Probably go 4-wheeling a lot. This is what we seem to do a lot of in WV, since there's nothing else to do where we go.
Friday: No shopping for me.
I want to go shopping, but the WV town I'm going to seriously only has a Wal-mart and Dollar General. And I'm not doing Wal-mart on Black Friday. Just hanging around the house, playing with little cousins and eating some more.
Saturday:Coming home.
Where in WV? That's where I'm headed, too!
Sorry this is really late! We go out to this little teeny tiny podunk town called Iaeger. It's near Welch, and about an hour from Bluefield. But these are all teeny tiny towns too, so you may not have heard of any of those either!
Oh, haha, you were waaaay on the other side of the state from me! I figured there was more than one town in WV that only had a Walmart and Dollar Tree.
We go to a podunk town near Keyser, up by the MD border.
