annoying black friday ads
so the target lady doesn't grate on my nerves but the kohl's commercial kills me. the darn friday song in addition to the woman pushing an old lady and stealing something from someone else's cart. grrrrr, it just pushes my buttons.

I am also annoyed at Kohl's and Target and the rest of them for opening on Thanksgiving. People should be allowed to enjoy their holiday!
I agree. This BF crap is really getting out of hand. All the retailers are concerned about is making money for them.
I love the Target lady. She cracks me up.
I read that this Saturday is Collingswood, NJ 's Small Business day. They are urging people to patronize small businesses only that day. I like the idea of that.
This! My H works for Best Buy and has to go back to working in the stores during the holidays, so he gets stuck with the same crappy schedule as all the retail and seasonal workers get. It's ridiculous! Fortunately, he got a good shift this year, but the poor full time retailers are actually working split shifts just so the stores can open at midnight. It's ridiculous.
Also, I really do not understand the people who get all hyped up about BF shopping. My sole goal on BF is to not go near any sort of retail outlet. Forget that mess.
I keep singing when black Friday comes I'm gonna dig myself a hole from Steely Dan and then I'm like, why is this song in my head? and then I'm like, oh, yah because no one will shut up about Black Friday.
