This. Although I may end up going because it's the only movie out right now I can take my kids to. Sad.
Happy Feet 2. I think that is the one we are going to see this weekend.

I won't spend the money to see it in the theatre though. I'll wait till it's on tv or at Redbox.
Unless I get roped into babysitting my niece and nephews this weekend at my grandparent's house. At which point I will tell my bro to give me money and we'll load up and go. Hehehe
He can go with my DH. He's a huge muppet fan (who knew?). I'm indifferent, but I don't really love going to the theater, so I don't plan on going to see it on the big screen.

I won't see it in the theater, but I would possibly rent it.
One of my fave Christmas movies as a kid was the Muppets Christmas Carol.

I love the muppets. The original muppet movie is still one of my favorites. however, the new movie looks terrible. And I really like Amy Adams and Jason Segal.
the commercials have mislead you. this one was more like the original muppet movie then any in the past 20 years, from songs to random jokes. Jason Segal is clearly a fan who wrote a movie and Bret from the flight of the conchords did the music.
Clearly I'm not one of those who doesn't like the muppets. Muppets, social D and rubeun sandwhiches are the three things DH and I can always agree on.
I had no idea Jason Segal wrote the screenplay. Thanks for letting me know! I'll give it a try.
