As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

A Load Off!
So, I just got done telling my boss about the little gummy bear! He was absolutely awesome about it. I told him I was going to be upfront and honest and that it may be a situation where there isn't a daycare option, and that I would love any opportunity to stay on with the company and do whatever they will allow me to do from home. He seemed really open to things! It could not have gone better!
My MIL and SIL will get their bouquets today announcing to them, and then I tell my family tomorrow! I'm getting SO excited about everything now! Ahhh...(sigh of relief).

Phew! So glad to hear it went well with your boss!
I'd love to be a fly on the wall when moms, dads and ILs find out news like yours. My friend is 11 weeks pregnant, and although it wasn't what they originally mapped out for their lives, it was God's other plan for them and she's excited. I would've loved to be in the room when she told her mom. I think it's just wonderful news to share and always like to see peopel's reactions!
