Re: What are you doing today?
I have a couple of errands to run and I need to finish (aka start) Nolan's TG shirt. Other than that, I may see if DH wants to go see Breaking Dawn tonight.
We were supposed to have dinner with my family Thursday and his family Friday but DH's gpa had to have emergency gallbladder removal surgery yesterday so his parents drove to PA to be with them. It seems as if everything went well, but I don't think they'll be back by Friday so now we have an "extra" day of break.

Then off to my grandma's to start cooking pies and rolls.
Working from home, but honestly more like "working". It's so hard to not check-out before vacation!
We'll get an early dismissal, most likely, so then I'll have some "me" time. I may go get a much much much needed pedicure and then pick up Janie @ school. Dh is working late tonight to finish up everything before the holiday.
I'm at work, but haven't done any actual work yet. I'm hoping they decide to let me out early. If not, I'll be telling them Alex is sick and I need to leave. Both of which are true, but because Alex is sick, she's at home with my mother, not in daycare.
Once I get home, my mother, MIL and I will be prepping veggies, making desserts, setting up the tables and whatever else needs to be done before tomorrow.
I can't wait to get out of here. I really wish I had time off so I could have just stayed home, but no work = no pay, and I'm already out Friday's pay.
Working.
I am leaving at 3 today. Picking up a pumpkin cheesecake. Also need to get some wine / champagne. I usually make things to bring to thanksgiving but because I got the wart on my thumb removed on monday, my left hand dexterity isn't great and I am trying not to use it...

I just woke up (yay for sleeping in!).
DH took today off, so we're going to start cleaning out the guest room to turn it into the nursery. I also have to finish getting a few things at the grocery store and I am working out with my trainer at 3:30.

"Working" until noon or one. My work so far has included printing off mapquest directions, doing early check-in for our flights, and making a packing list.
I suppose I should do some actual work for a few hours
Sitting in Panera, grading exams that I should've graded days ago...
Then hitting up Old Navy for 50% off clearance from 12-5. Gonna go at 11:30 and get everything I want and wait. I was there Tuesday and there was a LOT of good stuff on clearance already marked down to $4-5.
I ran early this morning and then came home and went back to bed. I forgot to set my alarm so I just got up a bit ago. Good thing I don't work until 1.
Same here! Though I've pretty much checked out. I have a conference call at noon. After that, I will stay on email but be busy. I am hosting a birthday breakfast tomorrow for my brother then Thanksgiving at 3. My immediate family will be here all day! My brother, his gf and my nephew will be staying the weekend with us. I need to clean my house, bake a pumpkin pie, cupcakes and cookies. I'll also prep my green bean casserole. Busy busy day for me.
