  • Thankfully, no. All forms of decorating are up to me...DH just hangs them where I tell him to :)

  • No, but I kind of wish I did. I begged DH for just some icicle lights this year - not gonna happen. We don't ever have ANY outside decorations and it kills me. I do plan to make sure we have some next year b/c Baby will be my excuse. She'll be almost 1, she'll love the lights!

My good friend, however, DOES have a Tim Toolman Taylor husband. They add a new light feature every year. I don't think they have space left on their lawn. He also likes being the first in the neighborhood. I'll be interested to see if that continues since they have 4.5 month old twins

  • He's tasteful but very excited so I guess kind of.

Our lights have been up for two weeks though.

    Happiest place on Earth!

  • So glad we're Jewish bc I think DH would be!
  • I'm in charge of all the decorating, but I grew up in a tacky light-covered house. My dad used to be the king of decorating and even borrowed a bucket truck from work one year to get the lights up on the roof more easily. He and his neighbor used to go NUTS and people would actually purposely drive through our neighborhood to see the lights. It was pretty cool, but as an adult, I'd hate to have my house look like that! haha

  • I wish.  I have to decorate if I want it done at all.  DH is super busy with work this time of year so if I want it done, I have to do it myself.  With a baby this year, it doesnt look like it will happen.  I'll be lucky if I even get our tree up.
